Burwals is an online retailer specialising in curated vintage, archive, streetwear, workwear, military and contemporary clothing and accessories.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Pricing or listing errors.

  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

As many of our items are vintage, archive or pre-owned, customers should expect signs of previous wear consistent with age and use. Any significant flaws or defects will be disclosed in the product description where reasonably possible.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control.

7. Returns
