Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During busy periods, promotions or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted courier services including Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, and other reputable delivery partners depending on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • UK Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 business days

  • International Delivery: 5–15 business days (depending on destination)

Incorrect Shipping Information

Burwals cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate.

While we will do our best to assist, Burwals is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Severe weather

  • Customs clearance

  • Industrial action

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

  • The damaged item(s)

We will review the claim and arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable.
