At Burwals Archive, we carefully inspect and describe all items before they are listed for sale. Many of our products are vintage, pre-owned, or unique items, meaning natural signs of wear, age, character, and imperfections may be present. These features are considered part of the item's authenticity and are not considered faults.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item received is significantly not as described in the product listing.
Before purchasing, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all photographs, measurements, descriptions, condition notes, and any listed imperfections.
Returns will only be considered where:

Requesting a Return
If you believe your item is significantly not as described, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your orderwith:

Clear photographs showing the problem.
We will review your request and determine whether the item qualifies for a return.
Items must not be altered, washed, repaired, worn beyond trying on, or damaged after delivery. Any approved return must be sent back in the same condition as received.
Refunds
If a return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the item cost using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrectly described or an error was made by us.
Refunds will not be issued for items that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
Unauthorised Returns
Any items returned without prior approval may be refused and sent back to the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring approved returns are packaged securely and returned safely.
